Apple's Standard EULA applies

Cronicular uses Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which is the default for all apps distributed via the App Store unless the developer provides a custom EULA.

In summary, the agreement is between you and Crucible (the licensor), governs your right to use Cronicular on Apple devices you control, prohibits reverse-engineering, and limits Crucible's liability to the purchase price you paid (which may be £0 if you use the free tier).

Why we use the standard EULA

• Faster review — no public legal text required for App Store Connect.
• Trusted by users — the same wording they accept in every other App Store app.
• Sufficient for Cronicular's risk surface — no enterprise-only features, no offline-by-default behaviour that needs custom indemnity.
